The project
For the WiseEdu unit, Phoenix has made the GOKEO platform available to support the training activities of Managers belonging to the Italian Association of Utility Managers. The platform, provided in Platform as a Service (PaaS) mode, offers a flexible and scalable learning environment that combines traditional training content with innovative modules developed using Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.
In addition to providing the platform, Phoenix played an active role in designing and defining the training program syllabus, focusing in particular on the content structure and the course format. This intervention ensured a training program consistent with the professional development needs of utility sector managers, ensuring quality, customization, and adherence to the association's standards.
